The Town of Wasaga Beach is seeking a creative, energetic and self-motivated team player to perform the duties and responsibilities of Customer Service Associate – Recreation & Facilities at the Wasaga Stars Arena and Wasaga Beach RecPlex.
General Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Customer Service Programmer, this individual will form part of the Recreation & Facilities Customer Service team. This position will help manage and promote the recreational needs of participants of all abilities from residents to visitors, young and old throughout the Town of Wasaga Beach. Represent the Corporation of the Town of Wasaga Beach as a first point of contact, connecting residents and visitors with information and services throughout the community. This position will be working at the customer service counters located within the RecPlex and the Town's Wasaga Stars Arena & Wasaga Beach Public Library building. This role will require excellent collaboration with Facility and Library staff. Customer Service is open 7 days a week 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
Rate of Pay Range: $19.15 to $20.71 per hour
