Responsibilities

This role will be crucial to the success of the high growth TNS Financial Markets Division. The Junior Account Manager, Financial Markets will support the North America Sales Organization reporting directly to the Director of Account Management, Financial Markets. The applicant must have a strong work ethic and be flexible and agile with the ability to manage a multitude of tasks simultaneously. In addition, the applicant must be willing to participate in client facing conversations and support the sales team with on-going account program management and commercial tasks. The Junior Account Manager will need to support the management of accounts with the Director of Account Management as well as provide leads for the North America Sales Team within existing accounts and new prospects.

Program Management & Commercial Support:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to support strategic initiatives and drive growth across new and existing client accounts.
  • Develop and implement client success programs tailored to strategic accounts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Assist in the pursuit and closing of new business opportunities, ensuring a seamless transition to the operations team.
  • Contribute to the expansion of existing client relationships, particularly within high-profile accounts in the Financial Markets Division.

Account Management:

  • Manage a portfolio of North American accounts in coordination with the Director of Account Management, focusing on client satisfaction and revenue retention.
  • Assist Senior Account Managers in various projects and tasks to ensure coordination and successful management of large enterprise accounts.
  • Take ownership of client-facing, revenue-generating projects to accelerate revenue recognition and billing cycles.
  • Serve as a point of contact for client legal and administrative matters, including contract updates, name changes, and NDAs.
  • Establish and maintain structured communication schedules with clients, supporting proactive engagement and sales enablement at all levels of the client organization.

For this role, we anticipate paying $45,000K-$55,000K annually. Any compensation range provided for a role is an estimate determined by available market data. The actual amount may be higher or lower than the range provided considering each candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location. Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Previous Experience: internship or entry-level experience in a revenue, project management, or sales role
  • No experience required in the Financial Markets space but a bonus to have experience in hardware, colocation, or telecoms connectivity
  • Candidate must have good communications skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • SalesForce & Excel Experience a bonus
