This is a great opportunity to influence strategic outcomes, partner closely with leadership, and see your analytical insights translate into real business results.

Why Work With Us?

  • We value integrity, respect, and teamwork, encouraging a unique and inclusive culture.
  • Enjoy associate discounts at our stores, available to you and eligible family members.
  • Immediate access to our group benefits package, including a health care spending account, retirement savings program, associate & family assistance program, and various well-being resources
  • A competitive vacation package, paired with a vacation trade program that allows you to opt in for an extra week.
  • Comprehensive training and development resources designed to help you learn, grow, and succeed.
  • Exciting career paths with growth opportunities and tuition reimbursement to support your career progression.
  • Discover innovative amenities at our eco-friendly corporate office, along with the flexibility and balance of our hybrid work model.

What You'll Do:

  • Support logistics leadership in the development and ongoing maintenance of long-range (3–5 year) logistics plans, collaborating closely with operations teams to build and sustain reporting that enables effective performance management in a complex environment.
  • Create and maintain long-range volume forecasts across ocean, North America, and outbound flows, delivering advanced reporting, modeling, and analysis for complex, cross-functional initiatives including ocean redirects and BC strategy to support operational decision-making.
  • Provide financial inputs and scenario modeling for annual budgeting and rolling plan processes in close partnership with finance, ensuring timely and accurate data to support financial and management reporting.
  • Own and maintain all key logistics operating assumptions (e.g., LTL/FTL mix, equipment mix, utilization rates), and liaise with global partners to support network modeling initiatives using tools such as Llamasoft.
  • Complete required SOX testing for the logistics department and, in partnership with leadership, maintain SOX narratives to ensure compliance with internal control standards across all operations.
  • Translate complex analyses into compelling narratives, presenting insights through reports and presentations that clearly articulate business assumptions, quantified risks, and potential bottom-line impacts for both run-the-business activities and special initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to align on operational KPIs, review performance results, and identify continuous improvement opportunities that enhance efficiency and business outcomes.

About You:

  • You bring a minimum of four (4) years of experience in logistics, transportation, and/or supply chain, with post-secondary education in a related discipline (e.g., logistics or supply chain) considered an asset but not required.
  • You have a solid understanding of financial processes and audit procedures, including experience supporting financial inputs, controls, and compliance requirements.
  • You possess strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues, identify discrepancies and risks, develop well-reasoned solutions, and anticipate stakeholder questions.
  • You demonstrate advanced business analytics capabilities, able to interpret complex data, identify business assumptions, and clearly articulate insights and impacts to both business partners and senior leadership.
  • You have extensive experience working with large datasets, using tools such as advanced Excel, SQL, and data modeling and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Cognos), along with proficiency in data visualization, reporting, and emerging tools such as Copilot or similar technologies.
  • You are an effective communicator who can translate logistics challenges and opportunities into clear, actionable insights for non-logistics audiences through strong storytelling, presentations, and reports.
  • You are a highly organized, collaborative professional who builds trusted relationships across teams, manages multiple priorities under time pressure, and works effectively with minimal supervision to deliver results.
