We're looking for a Supply Chain Flow & Vendor Compliance Co‑op to join our team and support the efficient flow of merchandise across our distribution network. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience working with cross-functional partners to identify and resolve merchandise flow issues, monitor vendor compliance, and support key supply chain initiatives. You'll develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills by reviewing data, maintaining reporting tools, and investigating exceptions that impact dwell time and service. What You'll Do

  • Support the efficient flow of merchandise through reporting, vendor compliance monitoring, and cross-functional coordination with partners such as Merchants, Planning, DC Operations, and Merchandise Operations.
  • Distribute and support Vendor Compliance reporting from Cognos, assist with the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the Infractions report in Power BI, and follow up on related inquiries.
  • Analyze Vendor Compliance opportunities to drive impact where it matters most, partnering with Merchant Coordinators and Supervisors to reinforce best practices and improve issue resolution.
  • Investigate and resolve merchandise flow discrepancies such as depth issues, incorrect ticket placement, and store imbalances by working with cross-functional partners.
  • Develop and maintain tracking tools to capture special handling requests and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Support the analysis and resolution of complex merchandise issues (e.g., RTVs, Non-TJXC merchandise, TBM) to minimize dwell time.
  • Partner with DC teams and stakeholders to coordinate additional handling requirements, inspections, and feedback, following POs through to completion and closure.
  • In partnership with Merchants and Planning, support key initiatives and monitor adherence to established best practices and guidelines.

About You:

  • General knowledge of all aspects of merchandising, including brand, fashion, quality, and price.
  • Ability to be flexible with strong organizational and time management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with ability to communicate effectively across multiple teams with various needs and objectives.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate with business partners to meet the organization needs; good consulting, listening, and information gathering skills.
  • Able to work independently/ self-leader and as part of a team, including the ability to build close working relationships.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to provide solutions; ability to leverage prior experience and adapt quickly to the changing work environment to support overall facility and planning department objectives.
  • Intermediate computer skills including email, Microsoft Office applications.
  • Flexibility to travel between Distribution Services facilities on various shifts (DCs, 3PLs, Home Office) and other domestic/international locations as required.
