Job Title

Job Responsibilities:

  • Consult and support customers via phone, email, and social media.
  • Process and manage online orders, deliveries, returns, and exchanges.
  • Drive online sales through product introductions, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets with proactive customer interactions.
  • Convert leads from promotions into sales.
  • Maintain a database of customer feedback and ensure timely responses.

Required Qualifications:

  • Higher education,
  • At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field,
  • Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English,
  • Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel; knowledge of 1C is a plus;
  • Strong communication and negotiations skills;
  • Developed sales skills;
  • Ability to work under time pressure.
