Job Title
Job Responsibilities:
- Consult and support customers via phone, email, and social media.
- Process and manage online orders, deliveries, returns, and exchanges.
- Drive online sales through product introductions, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets with proactive customer interactions.
- Convert leads from promotions into sales.
- Maintain a database of customer feedback and ensure timely responses.
Required Qualifications:
- Higher education,
- At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field,
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English,
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel; knowledge of 1C is a plus;
- Strong communication and negotiations skills;
- Developed sales skills;
- Ability to work under time pressure.
