Job Title
Job Responsibilities:
Consult and support customers via phone, email, and social media.
Process and manage online orders, deliveries, returns, and exchanges.
Drive online sales through product introductions, upselling, and cross-selling.
Achieve and exceed sales targets with proactive customer interactions.
Convert leads from promotions into sales.
Maintain a database of customer feedback and ensure timely responses.
Required Qualifications:
Higher education,
At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field,
Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English,
Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel; knowledge of 1C is a plus;
Strong communication and negotiations skills;
Developed sales skills;
Ability to work under time pressure.
