We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Director to lead the implementation of technical services across all Tiko markets. In this role, you will oversee the implementation of Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV) and Mental Health services, while also managing the clinical Quality Assurance department to ensure high standards across all areas. You are a strong, dynamic leader with the ability to build and scale a department from the ground up. With a strategic mindset, you can create and implement effective strategies while providing hands-on support to your team when needed. You have a deep understanding of Sexual and Gender-Based Violence (SGBV), Mental Health and clinical Quality Assurance, particularly across Tiko's operating markets in Sub-Saharan Africa. You thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing big-picture thinking with a willingness to dive into the details to ensure success.
At Tiko, we believe in being open, especially when it comes to salaries. The gross monthly salary brackets for this position are R82,375 - R123,563 in South Africa, Ksh603,441 - Ksh905,162 in Kenya, €4,776 - €7,164 in Ethiopia and UGX19,430,220 - UGX29,145,330 in Uganda. We will offer you a salary in this bracket depending on your level of experience and how it relates to your future colleagues.
