ServiceNow Architect/Senior Consultant

Are you an expert on ServiceNow and passionate about creating an outstanding customer experience? Then this is the role for you! ServiceNow is one of the leading platforms for IT Service Management and a focus area for us at Tietoevry Tech Services. Therefore, we are now looking for a ServiceNow Architect/Senior Consultant who can plan, design, develop solutions and deliver ServiceNow implementations in customer-facing roles.

When you start at Tietoevry Tech Services as a ServiceNow Architect, you will:

• Build and deliver ServiceNow implementations for customers in the Nordic market, with a focus on customer satisfaction and being a contact person for the implementation work.
• Advise senior management at the customer regarding challenges in IT and service management, and develop technical solutions that align with their strategy and goals.
• Be responsible for the delivery plan, provide accurate time estimates, and ensure the integrity of the solution throughout the process, including handling scope, change requests, and reviewing technical design specifications.
• Collaborate with Tietoevry’s suppliers and partners to ensure that the solution is delivered on time and with high quality.
• Communicate effectively with both business and technical partners, and stay updated on industry trends, new features in ServiceNow, and third-party solutions to identify opportunities and impacts.

We believe that you have:

• Deep knowledge and expertise in ServiceNow ITSM as well as a good understanding of CSM and HR.
• Good knowledge of ServiceNow On-Premise implementations.
• The ability to create customer-specific solutions using best practices in the industry.
• Knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
• Solid knowledge of various common integration solutions.
• The ability to communicate effectively and clearly to explain technical decisions to both business and technical partners.

Fluent Swedish and English are a requirement for the role.
