Servicedesk Support Specialist

Vivicta, your trusted Nordic transformation partner, is seeking a Servicedesk Support Specialist. As a Servicedesk Support Specialist, you will:

  • Join a team of 50 colleagues who deliver support to one of the company's largest customers.
  • Work with experienced colleagues and leaders.
  • Work closely together, continuously sharing experiences and knowledge.
  • Be known for a great team atmosphere and an open and prestigious work environment.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • High-quality support to the customer’s end user via phone, mail, and chat.
  • Solving most questions/technical challenges at first contact.
  • Handling incidents in the backlog via the Service Now case management system.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems using remote control and automation tools, with help from a shared knowledge database based on Knowledge Centered Support (KCS) methodology and your own experiences.
  • Participating in incident, change, and problem management processes.

The role does not involve extensive travel, but some travel within the Stockholm area may occur.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a strong customer focus, is service-oriented, solution-focused, social, and has a positive attitude.
  • Has 3 to 6 months of experience in technical frontline support or customer service.
  • Is interested in developing within IT and/or leadership and working with larger clients.
  • Has good communication skills, fluent in Swedish and English.
  • Has a flexible mindset and can quickly switch focus between different tasks.
  • Is our next support superstar who wants to give that little extra to customers, is passionate about teamwork, and their own development.
