Project Leader

We, at Customer Experience (CX), help our customers develop digital solutions that improve their operations and increase their efficiency. We cater to their needs in all phases of a digital service, from strategy work, feasibility studies, development projects, and management. We are growing rapidly and are now looking for a project leader who wants to be a part of our team in Sweden.

As a project leader at Tietoevry Tech Services, you will play a key role in our deliveries by being involved in several of our business areas. Together with architects, developers, and designers, you will implement, further develop, and manage our customers' solutions through both agile and more traditional project and management methods.

As a project leader, you will join our M365/SharePoint team with experienced and senior colleagues. We work closely together and continuously share our experiences and knowledge.

You will contribute to our overall delivery within several of our business areas.

You will be responsible for creating project plans, leading daily project communication, and collaborating in both projects and management with our customers.

You will work with modern technology. Customers' needs vary, and how clearly a need is defined differs between the customers we meet, which in the long run generates a broad competence.

You will work on business development towards existing customers together with our architects and have a great responsibility regarding incoming opportunities.

You will drive project development and implementation based on the customer's wishes.

You will follow up on finance and resource planning and invoice the project members' time.

The position does not involve extensive travel, but some travel activity is expected.

We are looking for someone with at least three years of experience in delivering larger delivery projects. You have experience working as a consultant with customers in the public and private sectors. You have experience working in agile projects and organizations. You are service-oriented, social, have a positive attitude, and a good sense of detail and quality. You are interested in learning new things and see the benefits of sharing knowledge and experiences. You are meticulous about the quality of the work you present and thrive on working with a lot of responsibility and influence in the projects you are involved in. You have business skills that make you capable of highlighting what our solutions can generate for customers in terms of profits and benefits, with a focus on add-ons.

Fluent language skills in Swedish and English, spoken and written.

It is meritorious if you also have experience with digital services and user-friendly web solutions. Experience working with CRM systems. Experience working with E-services. Experience with M365 or SharePoint projects.
