M365 Consultant

We are looking for an M365 Consultant who wants to become a part of Tietoevry Tech Services. Tietoevry Tech Services drives enterprise-wide transformations of customers' business processes, applications, and infrastructure.

We are part of Customer Experience (CX) and help our customers develop digital solutions that improve their operations and increase their efficiency. We cater to their needs in all phases of a digital service, from strategy work, feasibility studies, development projects, and management. We are growing rapidly and are now looking for an M365 Consultant who wants to become a part of our team in Sweden.

You will play a key role in growing our business within M365/Power Platform/SharePoint Online and more. Together with architects, developers, and project managers, you will implement, develop, and manage our customers’ solutions through both agile and more traditional project and management methods.

When you start at Tietoevry Tech Services as an M365 Consultant:

• You will join a team with experienced and senior colleagues. We work closely together and continuously share our experiences and knowledge.
• You will contribute to our overall delivery in a rapidly growing business area.
• Together with project managers, you will be responsible for planning, execution, and quality in both new and existing deliveries within your area of expertise.
• You will work with modern technology. Customers' needs vary and how clearly a need is defined differs between the customers we meet, which in the long run generates a broad competence.
• You will drive the development of our customers’ solutions based on the customer's wishes.
• The role does not involve extensive travel, but some travel activity is expected to occur.

Who we are looking for:

• You have at least 3 years of practical experience in the following technologies:
• Microsoft 365 / Microsoft Copilot /Entra
• Power Platform / Power Apps / Power Automate
• SharePoint Online
• You have good business understanding and are accustomed to helping customers all the way from needs analysis and solution proposal to delivery
• You have worked in agile projects and organizations
• You have experience working as a consultant in the private or public sector
• You are service-oriented, social, have a positive attitude, and a good sense for details and quality
• You are interested in learning new things and see the benefits of sharing knowledge and experiences
• You thrive working with a lot of responsibility and influence in the projects you are involved in
• You have business skills that make you capable of highlighting what our solutions can generate for customers in terms of profits and benefits, with a focus on add-on sales
• Fluent language skills in Swedish and English, spoken and written

It is meritorious if you also have experience in:

• Establishing SharePoint environments
• Migration from file server to SharePoint
• Microsoft Azure
• Carrying out migration projects from SharePoint on-premise to SharePoint on-premise/online
• JSON, SPFx, PowerShell, and/or Graph API
• .NET development and integrations
• Logic Apps
