We are looking for an Invoicing Specialist to join our team and play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely customer invoicing. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to collaborate with project and service managers, resolve discrepancies, and contribute to financial reporting.

With us, you will be responsible for:

• Collecting and processing data to ensure timely and accurate customer invoicing
• Providing support to project and service managers around invoicing matters
• Investigating invoicing discrepancies and making necessary corrections
• Following up on invoicing related metrics as well as preparing related financial reports on demand

We expect you have:

• Fluent spoken and written English and Latvian
• University degree or undergraduate in Finance or Business Administration
• Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving attitude
• Customer oriented and service minded personality
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• High work ethics

* Monthly salary offer will be defined based on the candidate's professional competence compliance with job demands.
