Delivery Executive

Are you a driven leader with a passion for customer satisfaction and quality? We are looking for an experienced Delivery Executive (customer delivery manager) who wants to be a part of shaping the future of digital solutions within the healthcare sector.

The role of Delivery Executive at Tietoevry Tech Services involves:

• Leading a team of approximately 10 people and ensuring that our deliveries meet the highest standards.
• We are looking for you with solid leadership experience who wants to become a part of our committed team.
• As a delivery manager, you will have overall responsibility for both the delivery and the team, with a focus on customer satisfaction, quality, and profitability.

To excel in the role of Delivery Executive, you need to be engaged, structured, and have the customer in focus. Your analytical ability and practical problem-solving methodology are crucial. Additionally, the ability to motivate, communicate, and collaborate is a must for this position.

Specifically, you will:

• Join an exciting team that works closely together and continuously shares experiences and knowledge.
• Lead and manage the delivery in a large customer contract.
• Report directly to the Customer Executive (customer contract manager).
• Drive collaboration with the customer and report the status and key figures of the delivery.
• Work on business development with the customer and play an important role in identifying needs and solutions for new opportunities and add-on services.
• Be responsible for customer satisfaction and ensuring that the delivery meets agreed commitments and agreements.
• Participate in a management group where overarching strategic decisions are made together.

We are looking for you as:

• You have worked in a similar role for several years.
• Good ability to work with the customer, follow up on a contract with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• You are self-driven, meticulous, and put the customer in the focus.
• You have the ability to initiate and drive change work.
• You are structured in your working method and take responsibility for your tasks, and can lead, develop, and coach a team.
• You have a very good understanding and experience of forecasting, analysis, reporting, and invoicing.
• You have good communicative skills.
• You are fluent in both Swedish and English.
