About The Team

You'll be joining Tide at a pivotal moment as we launch both Partner Credit Services (PCS) and Tide's core platform in the French market. Our France team is in a dynamic build phase – combining proven success in other geographies with deep investment in local market understanding.

Partner Credit Services is Tide's SME lending marketplace – connecting business owners to the right funding solution at the right time through partnerships with alternative and traditional lenders. Whether a founder is scaling, adapting to new challenges, or seeking financial breathing room – our mission is to help them move forward with confidence.

About The Role

As Senior Partnerships Manager, you will lead lender and acquisition partner strategy for PCS France. You'll play a key role in shaping the partner ecosystem, optimising commercial performance, and delivering value to both borrowers and partners.

You'll report to the Head of Commercial, PCS France and work closely with central Marketing, Legal, Product and Compliance teams. This is a senior individual contributor role with strategic impact and clear growth path.

Some of the things you'll be doing:

  • Owning and developing a portfolio of lender and acquisition partners to support PCS France growth
  • Establishing the foundations of the Partnerships function in France – working closely with central Commercial teams to replicate successful strategies from other markets and tailor them to the local lending ecosystem
  • Shape lender mix and roadmap priorities – work with central teams to ensure local market needs are reflected in integration planning and lender targeting
  • Driving performance through regular engagement, joint planning, and issue resolution
  • Partner onboarding: liaising with internal teams to coordinate onboarding of new partners, including due diligence, integration and go-live
  • Collaborating with central teams to influence roadmap priorities and lender mix for the French market
  • Monitoring partner performance, analysing funnel data, and identifying opportunities to improve conversion
  • Leading regular partner business reviews to ensure targets and service levels are met
  • Working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Risk and Compliance teams to optimise partner performance
  • Providing market insight – acting as the voice of our partners in internal discussions
  • Being the single point of contact for your Partner portfolio and will be accountable for the core metrics of revenue, partner satisfaction and engagement across each named Partner

What We Are Looking For

We're hiring a commercially minded partnerships professional who understands the dynamics of the SME lending ecosystem in France. The ideal candidate will be analytical, proactive, and relationship-driven – with a track record of building value through partnerships.

  • Experience: 7+ years' experience in partnerships, account management, commercial strategy or business development
  • Industry knowledge: A broad awareness of the SME lending ecosystem. Experience in the Fintech industry is an added advantage
  • France PME expertise: Strong understanding of French PME lending dynamics – including common products, partner expectations, and borrower needs
  • Partnerships Skills: Demonstrated success managing high-value partnerships in SME finance, fintech, lending or B2B marketplaces
  • Self-starter: You are autonomous and take initiative to get the job done.
  • External stakeholder skills: You have strong stakeholder management skills coupled with an ability to leverage external capabilities to achieve joint success. You love to service the needs of partners
  • Commercially minded: A commercial mindset – able to link partner activity to revenue outcomes, and drive performance improvement
  • Communication skills: You have great communication skills and are able to explain complex information in a simple and easy to understand way
  • Project Management skills: You are detail oriented and highly organised: you can manage many projects, relationships and initiatives all at once
  • A strategic operator: Able to zoom out to set direction, and zoom in to solve detailed execution issues
  • Language: You are fluent in French and English

What You'll Get In Return

  • A competitive salary
  • Flexible working options
  • 25 days holiday with the option to buy extra days
  • 3 days paid volunteering or L&D time off per year
  • Sabbatical leave
  • We invest in your development with Personal L&D budget
  • Access to a global mental wellbeing platform
  • Enhanced family-friendly leave
  • Work from home budget
