More About the Position

• Fills the 3-day board by converting inbound customer calls into appointments for our field staff
• Consistently hits a raw inbound booking rate
• Have an average handle time of 3-6 minutes
• Onboards at least one customer per day into our Home Care Club
• Actively participates in ongoing training through T&G, meetings, and company events
• Handles different communication methods with customers (i.e. emails, chats, voicemails and live phone calls)

What Does It Take?

• 1+ years of customer service or post high school educational experience
• A passion and drive to explain, present, and honestly provide options to customers
• Ability to work specific schedule they are assigned
• Ability to come into the office for working hours
• Successful completion of a 9-panel drug test and background check
