Sr. Key Account Manager

In this opportunity as a Sr. Key Account Manager, you will:

  • Identify the best channel for engagement with customers, defaulting to virtual for the majority of deals where value is insufficient to warrant travel.
  • Prospect new customers and close sales for an assigned geography.
  • Validate customer needs, shape product plans, and drive deals to close.
  • Support in developing and executing territory growth strategies.
  • Focus on new logo acquisition and mid-contract upsell/cross-sell opportunities and renewals.
  • Possess core knowledge across products within the subsegment and engage Sales Specialists where deep product expertise is required to drive to close.
  • Understand specific customer archetypes and needs most prevalent within the subsegment and territory.
  • Use an automated and insight-driven Salesforce workflow to progress deals.
  • KPIs include-Nurturing opportunities and moving more complex sales to close: New logo sales. Existing 'non-named' account incremental sales

About You

  • You're a fit for the role if your background includes:
  • +5 years of experience as a HUNTER, making consultative sales of SaaS Technology solutions in the corporate/enterprise segment.
  • Consistent performance about the delivery of sales targets. (Achiever/Overachiever)
  • Negotiation and communication skills needed to be able to influence Decision Makers (Directors/VPs/CEO's)
  • English Proficiency is a Must.
  • University Degree/ Desirable MBA
