DESCRIPTION: Join our collaborative team as a Sr Customer Service Administrator at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where you'll contribute to our mission to enable customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer. In this position, you'll manage customer relationships, process orders and contracts, handle tenders and quotations, and ensure exceptional service delivery. In this multifaceted environment, you'll work across teams to coordinate shipments, maintain documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. You'll serve as a key liaison between customers, sales teams, and internal departments, managing complex administrative processes while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and customer satisfaction. REQUIREMENTS:
For this position, the minimum salary is €35.126,00 gross per year (based on full-time employment); depending on qualifications and experience, there is a willingness to offer a higher salary.
