Senior Key Account Manager (W/M/D) – Exent System

We are looking for a Senior Key Account Manager (w/m/d) – Exent System to support our team. The Exent System is an innovative product that allows for a fundamental rethinking in the diagnosis of monoclonal gammopathy. Experts see the underlying technology as the crucial development to meet the increasing challenges of patient management.
Discover a role that makes a difference. In this position, you will take on the project development and management for our Exent System in the DACH region and report directly to the management.
A Day In The Life
- Responsibility for the growth of the Exent and Protein Diagnostics (PDX) business through commercial acumen and the building of relationships with key stakeholders (e.g., laboratory directors, clinicians, scientists, and procurement specialists)
- Responsible for the acquisition, growth, and maintenance of business fields, measured by revenue growth targets
- Collaboration with EXENT Medical Science Liaison Managers, marketing teams to develop sales strategies and processes, including the use of SFDC
- Conducting regular customer check-ins and business reviews to measure satisfaction and adapt to evolving needs
- Proactively identifying and resolving issues that hinder company growth
- Staying up-to-date with the latest scientific advancements in the field of monoclonal gammopathies and establishing oneself as a recognized expert
- Responsibility for strategy development and implementation
- Collaboration with various departments (national and international) to convey perspectives and insights from the field
- Responsible for major clients and active member of the senior leaders team in sales
The Key To Success
- Education: Successfully completed master's degree or PhD in a scientific field (biology, biochemistry, biotechnology, or similar)
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in scientific sales
- Experience in project management, preferably as a project manager
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Knowledge in the areas of immunology and mass spectrometry is advantageous
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Team player with very good social skills
- Fluent German and English in speech and writing
