Our Cincinnati site is a Center of Excellence for specialized oral solid dose commercial manufacturing and drug development within our Pharma Services Group (PSG). The Project Coordinator supports the Project Manager on daily tasks to ensure flawless project execution. Performs day-to-day client project and business tasks that support development products. Manages cross functional deliverables and communication to enhance key project milestones. What will you do?

  • Assists Project Managers with project and account activities such as scanning documents, securing document approvals, managing invoices and providing project kickoff support, serialization, and billbacks.
  • Serves as customer logistics coordinator for the site including customer hosting (including manufacturing), food logistics support, ordering catering for customer visits, and coordinates customer office assignments.
  • Responsible for maintaining client service center/department office supplies and refreshments and associated client printing needs.
  • Maintains site client visit calendar including but not limited to Sales visits, Business Review Meetings, Project management meetings and batch observation
  • Assists Project Managers in change of scope writing.
  • Responsible for generating internal forms required for ongoing projects and newly awarded projects
  • Primary department contact for all shipping requests

Education

  • High school or GED required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience

  • 1 year of work experience required
  • Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant work experience may be considered

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Advanced communication skills and ability to resolve problems, make decisions independently, and coordinate projects.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work and communicate well with employees in multiple areas and job levels.
  • Effective written and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
