For our location in Bleiswijk we are looking for an office-based Client Services Project Manager. Join our high-reaching team at Thermo Fisher Scientific where you will help clients solve sophisticated challenges and work towards their goals. Your work will have a real-world impact, supplying to life-saving innovations and environmental sustainability. You will oversee high and medium complexity projects, lead client communication, devise and handle project plans, and ensure seamless project delivery. This role encompasses both strategic and tactical elements, requiring you to effectively implement and track project landmarks, enhance service levels, and identify revenue generation avenues.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead and onboard clients with a professional and ambitious approach.
• Formulate and handle project plans to aid client activities.
• Apply support tools like RAID logs and handle customer issues.
• Lead study setup and amendments with the PMII team.
• Secure seamless project implementation and align internal tasks.
• Support the development of PMII and PMI team members.
• Handle client billing and revenue realization.
• Provide timely reports and communicate effectively with all collaborators.
• Write and review departmental SOPs and project plans.
• Handle non-conformance reports and provide timely resolutions.
• Offer training to other members of FBS where appropriate.
• Participate in cross-functional business process improvement activities.

Your Qualifications

• Proven track record of 1-2 years in project management in the capacity of an Associate/Assistant Project Manager.
• Possessing a Project Management certification from a reputable organization (or pursuing one) can be helpful.
• Familiarity with GXP regulations in a pharmaceutical or CRO setting.
• Strong customer leadership skills and ability to define customer-centric solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and numerical skills.
• Possess a scientific degree or equivalent professional background in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry.
