  • Propose and implement comprehensive purchasing solutions in collaboration with major Bio-pharmaceutical companies to drive sales growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with the procurement teams and decision-makers of target accounts and manage the overall sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract and execution.
  • Work with internal teams to tailor solutions to customer requirements and market trends.
  • Develop strategic Total Value Proposition (TVP) initiatives focusing on key accounts and major pharmaceutical companies.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • At least 3+ years of practical experience in the commercial field.
  • Strong track record in sales and construction of purchasing systems.
  • Solution Selling & Consultative Sales. Business Development & Market Expansion. Customer Needs Analysis and Sales Technical Proposal.
  • Ability to manage complex sales processes and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving ability, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to execute proposal-based solution selling with a focus on converting competitor products to in-house solutions.
  • More than a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred.
