As an Account Manager / Protein Diagnostics, you are responsible for maintaining and expanding customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating between customers and internal teams to provide optimal solutions and services.

Your tasks:

  • Care for and provide scientific advice to our customers in laboratories and clinics
  • Independently develop and conduct projects and build networks
  • Conduct product presentations / accompany product introduction to customers
  • Independently manage territory including market and competitive observation as well as proactive information exchange with the team
  • Acquire new customers
  • Initiate, conceive, organize, and participate in continuing education events and congresses / give scientific lectures
  • Represent our company at trade fairs and congresses

Your profile:

  • Completed studies in a scientific discipline
  • Experience in sales, preferably in the diagnostics market
  • Ideally, you have knowledge in the field of immunology and/or protein chemistry
  • Analytical, structured, and strategic thinking with high planning skills
  • You are results-oriented, committed, team-capable, and enjoy working independently
  • Flexibility and creativity come naturally to you
  • You have a confident demeanor and good communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent German, good English language skills
  • High willingness to travel / driver's license B

The collective agreement salary (Collective Agreement Trade) is at least €2,471.00 on a full-time basis (38.5 hours per week). Overpayment is possible depending on your qualification and experience.
