Your Mission With Us

  • You are responsible for the cooperation with the EDEKA regional societies and develop them strategically.
  • You develop sales and distribution strategies and implement them successfully together with the outside sales team.
  • You conduct annual meetings, as well as negotiations on conditions and listings with the trading partners.
  • You recognize market potentials and trends and convert them into concrete growth measures.
  • You ensure that our products are optimally represented and that the processes run smoothly.
  • You coordinate closely with marketing, supply chain, and outside sales and bring projects to a successful conclusion.

Your Experience & Skills

  • You have completed a business-related degree or a comparable qualification.
  • You have experience in key account management or in the FMCG sector, preferably in the EDEKA environment.
  • You know the decentralized organization of the trade and take regional specifics into account in your work.
  • You analyze complex issues quickly and implement strategies pragmatically.
  • You approach negotiations confidently and achieve sustainable results.
  • You act independently, are strong in communication, and enjoy working in a team.
  • You speak German and English fluently.
