What You'll Do
- Lead and support onsite teams in executing operational and retention strategies
- Act as the primary liaison between the client, onsite team, and ÅŒnin leadership
- Analyze turnover trends and create data-driven retention solutions
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to strengthen hiring, onboarding, and teammate engagement
- Drive process improvements, provide reporting, and ensure 100% compliance with scope of work
Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years of leadership, HR, staffing, or account management experience in a manufacturing environment
- Skilled in data analysis, problem-solving, and project management
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence and lead at all levels
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and adaptable to new technology
