Summary of the Role: To grow LLS beauty and home business in North, East India & Bangladesh region by maintaining & developing businesses and relationships with key accounts and distributors in region. Deliver sustainable sales & pipeline growth for LLS peptides & extracts portfolio pan-India
Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
- Deliver budgeted sales growth for the territory of North, East India & Bangladesh for Beauty and home segment.
- Develop sales strategy for Lubrizol's Peptides & Extracts portfolio to deliver sustainable sales & pipeline growth pan-India
- Distributor management- Handling and supporting distributor teams in the region to deliver business growth targets
- Grow Lubrizol business with focus on global / regional key accounts, protecting the core business, identifying and developing new opportunities through collaboration and Innovation.
- Demonstrating strong technical expertise for promotion of functional as well actives product portfolio and overall, Beauty & home formulation understanding to analyze customer need gaps and collaborate for solutions.
- Develop business relationships with designated accounts across functions and Strengthen partnerships.
- Identify and explore new business development opportunities by working closely with R&D, commercial and marketing teams at designated accounts.
- Collaborate and effectively communicate with internal teams of marketing, technical and supply chain to achieve assigned volume/value growth
- Budgeting and forecasting accurately to assist supply chain team to manage inventory and making sure timely delivery to customers
- Effectively use various Sales Management Tools including CRM, pricing and market research.
Requirements (education, experience, competencies and specific job requirements): Education / Certification: Bachelor's degree (preferably B.E./ B.Tech.) in chemical, cosmetics or related science
Experience and Skills: 5 - 8 years of professional sales experience in Personal & Home care Industry and strong connect with customers in India Strong knowledge of Personal and Home care market Technical/ chemical background to cater to Beauty & home segments Willing and able to travel Strategic thinking and business acumen skills. Strong negotiation, communication and proficiency in Microsoft suite like PowerPoint, Excel etc. Excellent interpersonal abilities and a strong drive for results. Demonstrated successes in implementing new product, solution, technology and value selling programs.
