Answer inbound phone calls from voters, election judges and the general public
Respond to questions via phone and occasional in-person interactions
Assist callers with rescheduling training classes through an online portal
Troubleshoot basic website issues, including password resets and login navigation
Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
Strong communication skills and a calm, professional demeanor
Comfort assisting users with basic technology and websites
Reliable, punctual and committed to scheduled shifts
Ability to work fully onsite in Chicago
Availability for a Monday–Friday schedule, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. (or similar), plus one weekend day for approximately five hours (Saturday or Sunday; flexibility provided)
