LaSalle Network is hiring a Service Desk Technician – Level 2 to support a global organization at its headquarters in New York City. This is a high-visibility role supporting VIP and executive users in a fast-paced, enterprise environment. You'll join a tight-knit onsite team and work alongside a seasoned technician with 15+ years of institutional knowledge, allowing for strong onboarding, training and knowledge transfer.

This Service Desk Technician – Level 2 role is ideal for someone who enjoys face-to-face support, thrives on problem-solving and consistently delivers white-glove customer service.

What's the job?

  • Serve as primary onsite support for VIP and executive users
  • Resolve tickets related to hardware, applications and systems
  • Support Windows 11, Office 365 and Microsoft Teams Rooms
  • Provide conference room and event technology support
  • Troubleshoot iOS mobile devices; Mac knowledge is a plus
  • Document and manage work through ServiceNow

What's needed?

  • Experience in a Service Desk Technician – Level 2 role
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Hands-on Windows 11 and Office 365 support experience
  • Ability to work fully onsite in a walk-up environment
  • Bonus skills: Intune, Azure, SharePoint, SCCM, BeyondTrust
