Help Desk Agent Level 2

This isn't your average help desk gig. LaSalle Network is teaming up with an industry leader to onboard 26 Help Desk Level 2 Agents for a fast-moving migration project launching this November. If you've got strong Microsoft O365 skills, a curious mind, and a customer-first attitude, we want to hear from you.

Our client is supporting a company-wide end-user migration following a recent acquisition, and they need a sharp team to troubleshoot and guide users through the transition. This is a fully remote role, but you'll need to pick up gear in Schaumburg, IL.

Help Desk Agent Level 2 Responsibilities:

  • Solve access, login, and usage issues across the Microsoft O365 suite
  • Walk users through Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive basics
  • Support a VIP user group with elevated customer care
  • Communicate solutions clearly and patiently

Help Desk Agent Level 2 Requirements:

  • Experience with help desk or tech support (Tier 2+)
  • Strong grasp of Microsoft O365, AD, and VPN tools
  • Personable and flexible with shifting schedules
