Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Manage and process customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail
• Serve as the primary contact for customer accounts, providing updates and addressing inquiries
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure inventory, production schedules, and delivery timelines are aligned
• Resolve order challenges such as shortages or delays with proactive solutions
• Support freight and logistics coordination, including carrier rates and route management

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

• 1–3 years of customer service or order management experience (manufacturing/supply chain a plus)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP system experience a plus
• Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
