TF Bank Customer Service Representative

TF Bank is looking for a new team member who will be responsible for ensuring smooth and professional customer service. You will join a youthful and energetic team that values collaboration, quality, and a positive customer experience.

Location: Lvivo g 25, Vilnius.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide customer advice and introduce bank services through telephone and other electronic communication channels;
2. Ensure prompt and friendly customer service;
3. Receive and process applications and requests.

Qualifications and Experience:

Desired skill:

• Excellent command of the Lithuanian language, both written and spoken;
• Previous experience in customer service;
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to handle client inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.

Nice to have:

• Good in English and Russian language;
• Higher education.
