We are seeking a highly motivated senior business development and account manager to drive growth across data centers. This role blends strategic business development with account management, requiring a deep understanding of the data center industry and customer relationship management. The successful candidate will identify new opportunities, expand market presence, and nurture long-term partnerships with clients in these critical sectors.

How you'll make an impact:

• Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, regulatory changes, and customer needs, enabling effective go-to-market strategies.
• Pursue new business opportunities in data centers while building strategic alliances with technology providers and industry partners.
• Serve as the primary contact for key accounts, managing complex sales cycles and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Develop account plans to maximize revenue growth and cross-selling opportunities across various industries.
• Collaborate with sales engineering and product teams to deliver customized solutions, driving targeted campaigns for data center and industrial clients.
• Report on pipeline development, account performance, and market insights to senior leadership, ensuring alignment with business goals.

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, chemistry, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within data center.
• Strong understanding of data center operations and industrial infrastructure, including business models and financing schemes.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and negotiate large contracts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel (approximately 40% of the time) as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
