IT Client Support Analyst
An employer is looking for an IT Client Support Analyst in the San Antonio area. The list below outlines daily responsibilities:
- Assisting with internal and client engagements as assigned by the resource manager.
- Supporting billable engagements under the guidance of professional services consulting team members.
- Conducting research, analysis, problem-solving, and technical support for assigned client projects.
- Ensuring overall solution quality assurance (QA) for data deliverables in client engagements.
Salary Range: 38,000-40,000

Skills and Requirements Educational Background: A Bachelors degree is required. Ideally, this degree should be in Information Systems or a related field.
Skills and Abilities:
- Advanced computing skills, especially in performing data manipulations with Excel.
- Analytical abilities to collect, analyze, and evaluate production records and trends.
- Problem-solving skills to identify and correct equipment failures, hardware issues, or data storage difficulties.
- Collaboration skills to work with other teams and managers in optimizing production processes.
- Attention to detail for quality assurance and performance evaluation.
- Data analysis skills to increase production efficiency.
- Promotion driven for Contract Manager career path - Candidate will complete a competency test before interviewing. Roughly takes 30 minutes.
- FTP (File Transfer Protocol) Experience - Microsoft 2008 and up
