ERP Manufacturing Administrator & Implementation Specialist

In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with various business teams, including Manufacturing, Finance, Quality, IT, to ensure effective implementation, continuous support, and future updates to the Acumatica ERP System and associated business applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble, validate, and enter manufacturing and inventory data into the system.
  • Develop and implement processes for manufacturing and shipping to support business objectives, including writing test plans, SOPs, and training materials.
  • Ensure suitability and timely implementation of identified manufacturing solutions.
  • Train users and provide ongoing support.
  • Troubleshoot issues, both user-based and backend.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and increase productivity.
  • Ensure ongoing integrity of manufacturing and inventory data.
  • Facilitate reporting; identify and define requirements for KPIs, dashboards, and reports for business development setup.

Essential Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered.
  • 3-5 years of experience in ERP manufacturing implementations or support within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Familiarity with GMP, QSR, and ISO Quality Systems, preferably ISO.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Windows, and networking fundamentals.
  • Knowledge of SQL, other languages, or reporting software.
  • Experience with cloud-based ERP systems; Acumatica Manufacturing and inventory management is strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting system issues, optimizing warehouse processes, and ensuring data integrity and accuracy within the system.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience with SOPs and test plans.
  • Understanding of ERP Manufacturing processes.

Work Environment:

The role involves working closely with diverse business teams to ensure seamless ERP system implementation and support. You will use technologies such as Microsoft 365, Windows, and networking fundamentals in a manufacturing or distribution environment. The position demands a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to optimizing workflows and processes.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Contract position based out of Fort Worth, TX.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $70.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
