Our company is seeking a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for developing strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering exceptional service to drive account growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing daily communications and relationship development.
• Develop a deep understanding of client business objectives and proactively recommend solutions to support their goals.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of products and services.
• Negotiate contracts and manage renewals to optimize client value.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling additional services.
• Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and present insights to clients and stakeholders.
• Resolve client issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Track market trends and competitor activity relevant to client accounts.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in account management, client services, or a related role preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications (CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
