Texas Capital Bank is seeking a Client Service Officer "CSO" as part of Treasury Operations. This role is primarily to provide exceptional service and support to our customers across all lines of business. The CSO will build in-depth understanding of the client's organization, business priorities, culture and operating model and determine how best to leverage TCBs products and capabilities to continuously add value to the client. Many of the services the candidate will assist with are Lockbox, Cash Vault, Online Wire transfers, ACH payments, Treasury Information Reporting, and other Commercial Treasury products.
Responsibilities
Education and Experience: BA/BS Degree in Accounting, Business or Finance preferred. Relevant 5-7 years of experience (at minimum) in the financial services industry preferred.
