Tetra Tech Ltd is an ambitious and growing business, with IT at the heart of that growth agenda. Our IT team uses state of the art technology both in terms of infrastructure and software and have an outstanding process in place to support our global customer base. We are looking for an enthusiastic committed individual to join our energetic team.

This will be a fixed term contract to cover Maternity leave. This is a standard 37.5hr working week. The role will be mostly office based at our Leeds Depot.

Your Role

Your role will be to provide support to the Depot Team within the IT department, for the following:

• Ordering IT equipment, such as laptops, mobiles and peripherals.
• Taking ownership of the leaver process e.g. ensuring accounts are disabled and assets tracked
• Notifying staff of IT requirements when travelling abroad
• Communicating with the customers, confirming hardware and software requirements for new and replacement equipment.
• Booking couriers to arrange for IT equipment to be delivered to and from sites.
• Managing workload in the Tetra Tech global ticketing system.
• Maintaining records on the global asset database

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Good skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• A basic understanding of Active Directory – not essential as training will be provided.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management
• Ability to prioritize workload against the needs of the business and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills are essential to ensure effective and efficient working.
• Able to work well in a team and good cooperation with colleagues, supporting each other as necessary.
• Ability to work effectively on an individual basis.
• Determined and energetic with the ability to "make things happen".
• Discretion due to the sensitive nature of some information.
• Ability to follow processes.
