This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in construction project management or a background in retail/store management or administrative leadership. Has prior experience managing construction projects or leading teams in a retail or administrative setting. Is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently. Demonstrates strong communication and problem-solving skills. Can adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities.
5+ years of relevant experience in construction, retail management, or administration. Basic knowledge of project coordination and scheduling. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or project management tools is a plus.
