Project Coordinator

The Provider Network Management team is seeking a dedicated full-time Project Coordinator to support essential operational functions. This role will be responsible for managing the PEACH communication solution, including updating templates, maintaining enhancement backlog, preparing reports, and handling daily operational requests. The position involves close collaboration with teams across EIT, Brand Voice, and other business areas. It also requires familiarity with SQL, reporting platforms (such as SSRS and Tableau), workflow processes, and project coordination practices. Additional responsibilities include helping manage the PDS newsletter, updating policies and procedures, assisting with disaster recovery exercises, and supporting other business tools within Provider Data as needed.

Job Responsibilities

Developing written summaries and presentations. Creating and distributing project information to relevant parties. Facilitates workgroup meetings, including coordination of agendas and meeting minutes. Maintaining the project database and reports; ensuring resources are available to all project team members. Track and complete all reports, projects, audits, and other work assignments to ensure deliverables are of high quality and completed within the prescribed timeframes.

Job Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment. Experience: 2 years - Relevant work experience required. Skills/Certifications: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Proven analytical and problem solving skills and ability to perform non-routine analytical tasks. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
