Utilizing ERP solutions, you will streamline billing, auditing, and other related financial processes. Handling inbound calls professionally, you will offer solutions and support to customers. You will audit sales transactions and billing functions to ensure compliance and accuracy. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will improve sales workflows and customer satisfaction. Communicating effectively with clients and internal teams, you will address concerns and provide updates. Maintaining a high level of organization in managing multiple tasks and deadlines, you will identify opportunities to enhance sales support processes and recommend improvements.

Requirements include proven experience in financial services or sales support roles. Proficiency in Configure Price Quote (CPQ) systems for pricing and quoting is necessary. Familiarity with CRM software for customer relationship management is required. Knowledge of ERP systems and their application in billing and auditing processes is essential. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and team members, are needed. Ability to handle inbound calls and provide excellent customer service is required. Detail-oriented with auditing expertise to ensure accuracy in transactions, and adept at managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
