Your Role

Are you passionate about driving sales growth, building strong relationships, and promoting a wellness lifestyle?

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Account Manager to join our Club sales segment in Portugal (based in Lisbon). In this role, you will play a key part in developing new business opportunities and managing existing accounts, fostering long-term partnerships with our clients while promoting Technogym's premium range of products, services, and digital solutions.

Your Impact

  • Ensure that local sales, profitability and cash flow targets are achieved
  • Develop business opportunities and exploit market potential
  • Generate leads, profile customers, plan activities and update the CRM
  • Increase customer satisfaction
  • Guarantee adequate market feedback on segment trends
  • Maintain and develop existing relationships and seek new opportunities
  • Manage the market and carry out an appropriate number of customer/prospect visits in line with company sales code

About You

  • +3 years of sales experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge and experience in the Fitness & Sport Industry.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Sales or similar.
  • Experience with CRM software. Knowledge of Salesforce would be a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and Portuguese is mandatory; knowledge of Spanish is a plus
