We are looking for an engaged student assistant who has an interest in IT and would like to work on support tasks in a professional environment. You will help users with their IT challenges, both via phone, email, and physical support – and you will have the opportunity to learn a lot. You do not need to know everything beforehand, the most important thing is that you are curious, service-minded, and ready to learn. You will be part of DTU's Student Assistant organization, where you will work closely with IT support. Your daily routine will be very varied. You will have close contact with DTU's employees and students, including support for the delivery of equipment and used equipment. You are passionate about IT and are not afraid to expand your professional skills and share them with your colleagues, who provide a very high level of service. It should be easy for you to work in teams and enter into social relationships. You will have a job where there is time for both in-depth work, but situations will arise under time pressure where it is crucial that you keep your head cold.

You will be part of the IT Infrastructure Service section, which focuses on DTU's IT infrastructure and support for business such as network, telephony, research infrastructure, cloud infrastructure, client infrastructure, print, IT service desk, and focus on being a well-functioning PC workstation.
