For the national program, NYT SIS, which ensures the procurement and implementation of a new study administrative system for seven Danish universities, we seek a colleague with experience in functional design in standard systems, process modeling and documentation, project management, and facilitation.
As a project leader responsible for the documentation track in NYT SIS, you will support the universities' process owners and expert teams in study administration in connection with the design, documentation, and optimization of the universities' future work processes in study administration.
You will be particularly responsible for establishing the process documentation that will form the basis for the development of the new study administrative system as well as the subsequent maintenance and further development of common business processes after the system's launch. Your solution will be developed in close collaboration with subject experts, product owners, and process owners from the universities, as well as with the supplier of the system.
Your tasks in the period leading up to the completion of the program (expected in 2028) are to establish a clear overview and documentation of all business processes in the solution.

After the launch of the study administration solution, you will have a key role in the continued operation and further development of the solution and ensure that the described processes reflect reality at the universities.

If you have experience from the university world, it is an advantage, but it is not a prerequisite.
Salary and employment terms according to the agreement for academics in the state. You will be employed as a chief consultant.
The position is for 37 hours and is to be filled by October 1, 2025, or as soon as possible thereafter.
You will be employed in UNIIT, a unit based at DTU. In addition to involvement in the new study administrative system, UNIIT provides consulting and services related to ERP and HR solutions in Oracle Cloud for the Danish universities.
Your workplace will primarily be at ITU at DR-BYEN until the program's completion, where you will be part of the sub-program for implementing NYT SIS. After the program's completion, your workplace will be UNIIT/DTU in Lyngby.
