Senior Account Manager
Team Global Express is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead a portfolio of healthcare clients around the North Ryde, Baulkham Hills and Bella Vista areas. This role offers a unique opportunity to strengthen strategic partnerships, deliver meaningful outcomes, and contribute to significant portfolio growth.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own and nurture day-to-day client relationships through regular meetings, QBRs, and performance reporting
- Manage pricing strategies, rate updates, and pipeline activity
- Conduct 3โ4 face-to-face client meetings weekly, ensuring timely follow-up and action tracking
- Partner with a Business Development Manager and Sales Lead to unlock growth opportunities
- Build trusted relationships and identify upsell and cross-sell potential

- Demonstrated success in client management, negotiation, and customer engagement
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and delivering compelling presentations
- Experience with eCommerce, online retail, or fashion clients is highly valued
