Senior Account Manager

Team Global Express is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to lead a portfolio of healthcare clients around the North Ryde, Baulkham Hills and Bella Vista areas. This role offers a unique opportunity to strengthen strategic partnerships, deliver meaningful outcomes, and contribute to significant portfolio growth.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own and nurture day-to-day client relationships through regular meetings, QBRs, and performance reporting
  • Manage pricing strategies, rate updates, and pipeline activity
  • Conduct 3โ€“4 face-to-face client meetings weekly, ensuring timely follow-up and action tracking
