Spanish-Speaking Account Executive - (Mid Market / Growth Sales)

We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Account Executive - (Mid Market / Growth Sales) who is passionate about the success of their customer as well as bringing net new logo to their account base. The ideal candidate will have a "customer-first" mentality and will be able to navigate a fast-paced environment. Our Account Executive ensures customer delight, assisting with tactical day-to-day needs while building a strong internal network across stakeholders, partners, and customers. This team partners with Mid-Market/Growth tier accounts.
You will qualify, build and manage an accurate sales/renewal pipeline working on designated +25 accounts in their territory. You will work to maintain a high volume of activity, including outbound calls, emails, and social selling with a focus on generating opportunities within our existing customer base and bringing net new logos. This role is a full-stack AE role which requires full responsibility of handling complex renewals, upsells/cross-sells and of the existing customer base as well as prospecting for new logos.
You will maintain strong relationships with customers through the delivery of web and in-person engagement, illustrating strong product knowledge and sales best practices. In this role, you will maintain a strong level of proficiency in all products, including the target buyer, product positioning, major benefits and features, as well as the skills to communicate those benefits to customers. Gain a strong understanding of our product to effectively identify and communicate strong use cases within the target account. Overall, you will ensure 100% customer satisfaction with all customers.
Candidates must be located in Spain and be fluent in Spanish.
Your Day To Day
- Owns existing Tealium customer accounts focused on the commercial strategy and operation across all stages of their lifecycle: all upsell, cross-sell, and renewal of software products and any support or services solutions.
- Ensures 100% customer satisfaction with all customers.
- Provides day-to-day customer support for dedicated assigned customer accounts; maintaining various aspects of contracts (single-year and multi-year), managing the renewals of contracts to close, while also monitoring customer license utilization, as well as other various contract-related requests.
- Prospects on 50 focus/target accounts as the new logo and work very closely with SDR and Marketing team.
- Be familiar with the 360 sales cycle.
- Directly align with customers during critical business cycles with a focus on renewals and expansions.
- Work with Legal, RevEx, and Finance teams to navigate contract modifications and provisions and execute pricing and invoice adjustments.
- Comfortable with value-based cost structures, account/product-related pricing, and discount proposals, demonstrating the ability to process contractual and numerical changes.
- Maintain a high volume of activity, processing contract requests and participating in existing customer outreach and follow-up.
- Monitor volume usage across the client base to drive upsell opportunities as ARR.
- Coordinate responses to Third-Party Information Security Assessments.
- Support AR team in resolving customer invoicing queries and payment issues.
- Provide regular updates on renewal and upsell status to the Account Team and escalate to leadership as appropriate.
- Partner with Customer Success Managers to monitor customer health metrics to identify risk and successfully forecast realistic renewal rates.
- Maintain deep engagement with customers to generate interest in new products and identify the needs on time to generate opportunities.
What You Bring To Tealium
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience within Sales, Account Management, Customer Success at a technology or professional services organization.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required to partner with prospects, clients, and internal teams.
- Previous experience managing a book of business, working directly with customers, and negotiation skills are preferred.
- You are customer-focused and very proficient in communicating with individuals across a variety of levels in an organization.
- You excel in problem-solving and have strong analytical skills.
- You are highly resourceful, entrepreneurial and driven.
- Office suite/collaboration software and Salesforce/CRM familiarity is strongly preferred.
- Technically adept, self-motivated and driven by results.
- Ability to accurately forecast based upon realistic opportunity assessment.
- Must be willing to travel up to 30% of the time.
