Your Mission

As a Technical Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of Cloud and Datacenter Services projects, working closely with our in-house experts, partners, and suppliers. You will take ownership of the customer journey post-sale, ensuring each project delivers measurable value and an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Onboarding & Delivery – Initiate projects, lead kick-off sessions, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.
• Customer Engagement – Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers and suppliers, applying our account governance model.
• Communication & Coordination – Organize and facilitate meetings, maintain clear communication channels, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Risk & Issue Management – Proactively identify, assess, and resolve risks or issues to protect customer outcomes.
• Reporting – Produce clear, concise project status reports, including risks, issues, and progress updates.
• Continuous Improvement – Drive process enhancements to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge Development – Stay up to date with TD SYNNEX tools, software solutions, and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and at least one other European language.
• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven project management experience in an IT environment.
• Strong understanding of customer needs and ability to deliver against them.
• Skilled in cross-team collaboration, both in-person and virtually.
• Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in technical delivery or support.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile).
• Experience managing both suppliers and customers.
