Key Account Manager

Management of key accounts for a defined set of clients across the TD SYNNEX portfolio, with a focus on the largest accounts. Responsible for maximizing revenue lines, benefits, and potential business lines associated, managing and developing face-to-face relationships with clients.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop the partner (including growth opportunities, account planning, digital platforms, etc.).
  • Be recognized as a trusted advisor by proactively maintaining strategic relationships with key decision-makers through face-to-face client visits.
  • Formulate strategic plans to develop and execute on current business and drive growth.
  • Identify and capitalize on additional business through excellent client relationships.
  • Coordinate the participation of internal resources through strong leadership and relationships with internal sales, sales operations, and Specialized Business Units (SBUs).
  • Identify project opportunities together with the BDM (Business Development Manager).
  • Gather customer information to plan an effective approach that demonstrates understanding of their requirements and allows for a successful proposal.
  • Add value to the customer by maintaining the expected levels of margin in a balanced mix of products.
  • Identify customer needs and problems and seek to resolve them or escalate them to the corresponding business units.
  • Obtain customer information through profiling and analysis of the account set, creating and executing actions to maximize opportunities.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate completion of essential reports, profiling, and general administration in TD SYNNEX systems, including CRM.
  • Promote the use of TD SYNNEX's e-commerce tool (InTouch) by effectively promoting its benefits to customers.
  • Maintain and improve Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with customers.
  • Develop a clear understanding of TD SYNNEX's work practices and business objectives to encourage customer participation.

  • More than 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
