Cloud Customer Success

The Cloud Customer Success team at TD SYNNEX Iberia has the mission to optimize business processes, integrate platforms and manufacturers, drive the adoption of cloud solutions, and ensure the training and success of our partners.

As a Cloud Customer Success, you will have a key role in designing and implementing scalable operational processes in the Iberian region, ensuring a service aligned with our platform offerings and with the main cloud manufacturers. You will be responsible for coordinating projects, following up on strategic initiatives, and collaborating with internal teams, business leaders, marketing, and manufacturers to launch AWS programs and solutions in Iberia with maximum impact.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted advisor for partners and AWS sales teams, understanding their needs and proposing value solutions through the channel.
  • Define and design central operational processes that support the business of TD Synnex and AWS.
  • Provide strategic and operational support to drive the success of the AWS portfolio, including innovative models of monetization of products, services, and solutions.
  • Review and optimize existing processes in key areas (legal compliance, internal policies, platform support, among others).
  • Document and standardize procedures to ensure a homogeneous and high-quality service in orders, invoicing to manufacturers and customers.
  • Be an operations reference for system enablement: collaborate with Platform and IT teams in defining requirements, specifications, and deployment of revenue and pricing processes.
  • Maintain constant communication with countries and stakeholders to ensure alignment in processes.

Knowledge, Skills, and Required Experience:

  • Solid understanding of eCommerce platforms and the dynamics of manufacturers within the distribution channel.
  • Proven experience in project management, with capacity for analysis and problem-solving.
  • Innovative and strategic mindset ("out of the box").
  • Excellent customer orientation.
  • Ability to work autonomously, assume responsibilities, and manage priorities in high-pressure environments.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Spanish.

Skills Valued (Plus):

  • Basic AWS fundamentals and certifications (AWS Practitioner).
  • Experience in software licensing, support or customer service functions in the technology sector.
  • Understanding of the Cloud distribution channel and its programs.
  • Previous experience in Cloud FinOps and Data analytics.
  • Previous experience with cloud manufacturers and marketplaces.
  • Handling Power BI, JSON, SQL Server, third-party integrators, or ERPs.
  • Advanced Excel.
  • Fluent English and/or Portuguese (highly valued).
