Your Role:
Do you love delivering solutions instead of problems? Perfect! In this role, you will ensure that our customers are best supported even after the purchase. Whether it's returns or delivery inquiries โ you keep an overview, find pragmatic solutions, and ensure that everything runs smoothly and on time. As the central contact person in the after-sales area, you represent the interests of our customers internally and actively contribute to strong, long-term customer relationships.
The position is initially for one year (with option for extension) โ ideal to get to know td synnex, gain valuable experience in an international environment, and further develop yourself professionally and personally.
Your Responsibility Area:
You analyze and process after-sales inquiries (focus on returns and deliveries) and are in direct contact with our customers
You reliably manage and monitor all processes within the agreed service levels
You work according to clear processes and guidelines and ensure transparent procedures
You actively contribute ideas for process optimization โ with the aim of increasing efficiency and reducing unnecessary returns or credits
You recognize recurring causes for after-sales issues and help establish sustainable solutions
You promote the use of our digital e-business tools to continuously improve the service experience
Your Expertise:
Completed commercial vocational training and first experience in customer-oriented processes
Team spirit and clear and professional communication
A structured, careful, and service-oriented way of working
Good organizational skills and a confident time and priority management
Very good german and english skills, which you use daily in our international environment
Experience with sap r/3 and good knowledge of ms excel and word are advantageous
