Internship/Co-op Position

This position is a 4-month work term commencing May 4th–August 21st, 2026. Applications must include a transcript, cover letter (one letter-sized page or less) and a resume (maximum of 2 pages). Create and deliver presentations and communications to executives, people leaders, and peers. Work with your Intern Cohort on a Semester Project. Develop and provide reporting, analysis, and assessments of data that will help you and your Colleagues make sound decisions.

Job Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree with the intent of going back to school at the start of your work term
  • You are dependable, and you take pride in developing your knowledge and expertise to consistently deliver strong performance.
  • You are flexible and thrive in an environment of change. You show adaptability and consistently demonstrate a positive attitude, resiliency, and willingness to do things differently.
  • You enjoy working with a diverse team and appreciate the value of perspectives other than your own.
  • You will need to be a confident self-starter with problem solving and decision-making skills as you will be in situations where you have to find an answer independently.
  • You have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and can utilize the programs to communicate your great ideas.
  • You move with speed to get things done, but you also ensure the accuracy and quality of your work with close attention to detail.
  • You have demonstrated leadership capabilities and the ability to inspire others. You have high levels of integrity in your coursework and community service.
  • You love to think outside the box and are a thought-leader amongst your peers (and you like to share those ideas with others!).
  • You understand the importance of communication and you can effectively communicate to ensure your team knows your thought-process and vision.
  • You love research and enjoy "telling the story" through numbers and graphics.
