Fintech Support Solutions Advisor

Role Requirements:

  • Fluency in English - C1+ Proficiency Written & Spoken
  • Minimum of 2 year experience in customer & technical support
  • Minimum of 6 months fintech/banking experience
  • Good to have - prior white-glove experience
  • Proven customer communication experience (E-mail, voice & chat)
  • Strong working knowledge of external systems and PC based internet and software applications (e.g. internet, Microsoft Office)
