The pay range is $92,000.00 - $166,000.00. Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. The Target Plus team is looking for a collaborative and energetic account manager with a track record of driving results, exceeding sales goals, and building high performing vendor relationships. This is an ideal position for an individual who is performance-motivated, excels at creative problem-solving, and is comfortable navigating through complex and ambiguous initiatives. Within Target Plus, the Account Management team is responsible for leading, developing, and driving performance of high potential partners, inclusive of DTC and traditional brands, retailers, and industry leading third-party sellers to drive growth for the marketplace.
As a Sr. Account Manager, Target Plus, you will oversee high potential, top-performing, cross-pyramid partners with accountability to meeting performance and financial goals. You set the strategy, process, and structure for your partner’s growth on the Target Plus platform.
